The Internal User Experience Team site was created to highlight our team, offerings, processes and research methodologies to be shared and educate our partners. Case studies were used or analyzed and illustrate our Research methodologies. These interactions require constantly asking What, Why, Who, When, Where, and How. These answers will help shape our product. To gather answers, we use an assortment of methodologies and processes. Design is the process of creating experiences that are meaningful and relevant to users. This involves the entire process of acquiring and integrating the product, including aspects of branding, design, usability, and function.
As a User Experience Designer/Architect, I designed and written content for the Internal UX Team site including team offerings, processes and research methodologies.
