UX Year in Review
UX Year In Review
Overview
From January 2018 to December 2018, the User Experience team was given the opportunity to do surveys, user testing and user interviews. The following document will share the User Experience teams’ findings and outcomes throughout 2018. The purpose of this document is for the UX team to share our 2018 research findings, to learn more about how users are accessing and using content and to give users a place to voice their constructive feedback for improvements.
In the last year, the Internal User Experience team conducted a series of quantitative and qualitative research for the CONNECT platform in collaboration with interdepartmental partners. In addition to research, the team implemented an incentive-based system for reporting CONNECT bugs, developed a Design System, and performed usability testing for two distinct prototypes. Discovery phase for these projects included the creation of personas, user flows, user journeys, and heuristic evaluations. The following document accounts for the team’s process, findings, and outcomes of 2019. Target Audience are the Corporate and Staffing Professionals from a variety of LOBs, geographical regions, job titles and tenure. Methodologies used Surveys, User Interviews, Heuristic Evaluations, Competitive Analysis, Usability Testing, Personas, User Flows, User Journeys, and Exploratory Research.
